Changes to Submission Requirements Due to the IEEJ Paper Management System Migration (Revised in February 2025, Effective in April 2025)<\/p>\n
As part of the migration of the IEEJ Paper Management System to ScholarOne Manuscripts™ on April 1, 2025, the submission of the first page of the manuscript will no longer be required. For initial submissions, only the manuscript is required, while for resubmissions, only the manuscript and responses to inquiries are required. Accordingly, Table 2: Types of Submission and Documents to be Submitted at Initial Submission and Table 3: Types of Submission and Documents to be Submitted at Revised Submission will be removed. Table 4: Publishing Fees will be renumbered as Table 2.
\nAdditionally, the submission process for final manuscripts will be transferred from the current system to the newly established IEEJ Proofreading System.\n <\/li>\n

We provide a support plan for overseas authors with special circumstances. You may be invoiced at the reduced rates of a publishing fee in case of difficulty of payment, even if you are not a member of IEEJ.
Please fill in the following necessary items on the free-format application form and upload on \u201cContact to IEEJ Secretary\u201d of \u201cIEEJ Paper Management System\u201d at the initial submission. Candidates may receive the notification of adopting this plan in the beginning of fiscal year when your paper will be published.
