Totem-pole bridgeless PFC converter has a better efficiency performance than traditional PFC converter as it reduces the loss of rectifying diode bridge. However, the CM (common mode) noise occurs around the input voltage zero-crossing is noticed to be significant that makes the converter unsatisfactory. In this paper, a method is proposed to suppress the CM noise of the GaN-based Totem-pole bridgeless converter. Finally, under the experimental conditions: 230V ac input, 390V dc output, and 50kHz switching frequency, It has been verified that the conducted noise could be suppressed efficiently without deteriorating the converter’s efficiency.
