The arrival time difference between differential signals causes common-mode noise and cross-talk, radiation noise. If the length between differential signal lines is not same, arrival time difference between signals expanded, and common-mode noise increases. To reduce them, the same length wiring method like the meander line is used. However, even if the same length pair lines, the phase differential still exists in the bent points. It causes common-mode noise. In this paper, we examine the common-mode noise reduction method by reduce the phase difference between asymmetry length differential signal line.
