Random number generation is one of important technologies for several engineering applications such as Monte Carlo simulations, cryptosystems, and spread spectrum CDMA communications. There have been many works on random bit sequences generation based on chaos theory. In this paper, a novel generation method of random bit sequences with prescribed auto-correlations using an aperiodic random bit sequence and a linear feedback shift register (LSFR) has been proposed. The LFSR plays a role of post-processing of the aperiodic bit sequences, where the chaos theory for Bernoulli map is utilized. Some numerical experiments for the proposed random bit generator are performed.
