A smart grid system is generally expected to realize the optimum operational control for the power total system, and to be the solutions for a stable power supply, an energy-saving measure, and a low carbonized environment.
The study and consideration on the smart grid technology as the means for solving global environmental concerns has been carried out. However, the expectation against the smart grid technology becomes high since we noticed the importance for securing stable balance of power supply and its demand after many nuclear power plants had been stopped by the occurrence of the great east Japan earthquake on March 11th, 2011. Moreover, some research study on the smart grid technology of a electricity customer-side, receiving power from the grid side, has seldom reported though there are many research study reports from the viewpoint of the grid side, and about the matters in the U.S and the Europe. The investigation R&D committee summarized a technical report of application technology of smart grid for electricity customer after the research study of a power energy related service, related standards, and guidelines, etc. had been carried out as the main subjects of a domestic power supplier, a customer, and an energy service provider. We can obtain meaningfully the great results.
