Venue	:	Ristorante Ginza Sicilia within the Toyosu Campus of Shibaura Institute of Technology
		We expect the reception desk to be crowded on the morning of the first day
		of the conference (September 3).
		Please cooperate with the check on September 2 and join us for the Welcome Reception.
Participation Fee	:	Free (tentative)

Participation Fee	:	General participant JPY 4,000, Student participant JPY 2,000
Style	:	Standing style
Application Period	:	Early August, 2025　to　20:00, September 4 (Thu), 2025 (tentative)
		・Payment for the banquet application fee by credit card is acceptable
		until 20:00, September 4 (Thu), 2024.
		・Payment for the banquet application fee via convenience store/ATM is acceptable
		until September 3 (Wed), 2025.
