| ・ | The conference will be held by face-to-face style at Shibaura Institute of Technology (No online or hybrid sessions are planned). |
| ・ | The publication date of the proceedings of this year’s conference is scheduled on late August, 2025, so please keep this in mind if presenters wish to apply for a patent. |
| ・ | Replacement of submitted paper is acceptable until the deadline of paper submission. |
| ・ | In principle, one paper submission and one presentation per person is accepatble. However, special lecture, commemorative award lectures, and invited lectures in special topic sessions are excluded. |
| ・ | The Proceedings will be available in only download style. |
| ・ | Presenters need to make a registration for participation besides the application for presentation. |

※1：About Young Researcher Poster Competition (YPC) and Awards
| ・ | In the poster session by young researchers (students), Young Researcher Poster Competition in Japanese (YPCJ) and Young Researcher Poster Competition in English (YPCE) will be organized. The ” Young Researcher Poster Presentation Award (in Japanese/English)” will be given for particularly outstanding presentations. |
| ・ | In principle, the first author of the paper must be a student Young Researcher Poster Competition (YPC). |
※2：About English sessions
| ・ | The ” Young Researcher English Oral Presentation Award” will be given to the student (first author of the paper) who has made an especially outstanding presentation in the English Oral Presentation (common to all fields) session. |
| ・ | We encourage you to consider presenting at the English Oral Presentation Session (common to all fields) and the Young Researcher Poster Competition in English (YPCE) Session as an opportunity to present your research towards internationalization. |

There are two types of page numbers for papers: one page or six pages. Please note that papers with other page numbers will NOT be accepted.

How to Submit Your Paper
Those who submit Paper Category I or II
| Step 1： | Please click the “Application for presentation・Submission of paper” (red button) above to access the “講演論文投稿案内（Guide to Paper Submission）” site. |
| Step 2： | After clicking the “Registration of abstract and paper information” button, please enter the required information to obtain a login ID and password. |
| Step 3： | After logging in, please upload a PDF file of your manuscript (paper). |
Those who submit Paper Category III
| ・ | If you wish to present your paper at the annual conference, and wish your paper to be published on the special issue on the annual conference in lEEJ Transactions on FM (Fundamentals and Materials), please choose Category: III. |
| ・ | Please prepare two kinds of manuscripts, the first one is according to the paper template for the annual conference mentioned above, and the other is according to the paper template for the IEEJ Transaction on FM. |

| ＜Submission to the special issue on the annual conference in lEEJ Transactions on FM＞ | |
| ・ | Before submission to the IEEJ Transactions, please carefully read and follow the Author’s Guidelines for the Transactions of the Institute of Electric Engineers of Japan. Submission to the IEEJ Transactions should be made on the Submission to the IEEJ Transactions should be made on the IEEJ Paper Management System. Please choose “Special issue on the annual conference ”to be published in IEEJ Transactions on FM. |
| ・ | The deadline for paper submission for lEEJ Transactions on FM is the same day as the deadline for the conference manuscript. |

| The submission (transmission) of the paper indicates that all authors have understood and agreed to the copyright and publication rights described in the “About Copyright of the Conference Proceedings in the anual conference of FMS, IEE of Japan” and have agreed to the terms and conditions of the copyrights. |
| All authors who wish to have their papers published in the IEEJ Transactions on FM are considered to have understood and agreed to the description of copyright in the “Guide to Submission to IEEJ Transactions「電気学会論文誌への投稿手引」( Japanese site)” and to have transferred the copyright to the IEEJ. For details, please refer to the “Copyright Q&A「著作権 Q&A」(Japanese site)” on the IEEJ WEB site. |
