参加者の交流の場として，「ウェルカムレセプション」と「懇親会（表彰式を含みます）」を開催します。是非，ご参加ください！

ウェルカムレセプション

	日　時	：2023年9月6日（水）18:00～19:00
	場　所	：大会会場（愛知工業大学自由ヶ丘キャンパス本館 1階ラウンジ）
	会　費	：無料（お飲み物などがなくなり次第，終了とさせていただきます）
	受　付	：17:00～18:00に，A部門大会の受付を設置します。
		大会初日（9月7日）朝のセッション開始前は，受付の混雑が予想されます。前日（9月6日）の受付に
		ご協力いただき，ウェルカムレセプションにも，是非，ご参加ください。

懇親会（表彰式を含みます）

	日　時	：2023年9月8日（金）18:30～20:00
	場　所	：大会会場（愛知工業大学自由ヶ丘キャンパス本館 1階ラウンジおよび自由ヶ丘食堂）
	会　費	：一般　6,000円　　学生　3,000円
	参加申込期間	：2023年8月1日（火）～ ~~9月3日（日）~~ 9月8日（金）まで延長しました。
	お申込みに際する	：特定商取引法に基づく表示

		大会への参加登録がお済みでない方は，懇親会への参加申込前に，

Welcom Reception

	Date and Time	：September 6 (Wed) , 2023, 18:00 – 19:00,
	Venue	：Lounge on the first floor of the main building,
		Jiyugaoka Campus, Aichi Institute of technology
	Participation Fee	：Free (The reception will end when beverages run out.)
	Reception Desk	：A reception desk of the conference will be set up from 17:00 to 18:00.
		We expect the reception desk to be crowded on the morning of the first day
		of the conference (September 7). Please cooperate with the check on September 6
		and join us for the Welcome Reception.

Banquet（including Award Ceremony）

	Date and Tine	：September 8 (Fri), 2023, 18:30 – 20:00
	Venue	：Lounge and cafeteria on the first floor of the main building,
		Jiyugaoka Campus, Aichi Institute of technology
	Participation Fee	：General participants 6,000 JPY　　Student participants 3,000 JPY
	Application Period	：August 1 (Tue) – September 3 (Sun), 2023
	Notes for Application	：Information based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Japanese site)
